This vintage, French, enamel and brass cross is from the beginning of the 20th century. It measures 1 9/16" x 1 ⅛", not including the bale.
There are some areas of missing/chipped enamel. Please use the zoom function to examine the entire area of the cross. These areas are not readily visible to the unaided eye but can be seen more clearly with the zoom function or a loupe. Do let me know if you would like more photographs or a more detailed description of the areas with missing enamel as I will be happy to oblige.
I am inclined to say this is champlevé and not cloisonné, but I cannot be certain.
